The table above shows suggested dough required for various Pizza tray sizes.

Method

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in the tepid water and oil, and gradually bring the mixture together using a wooden spoon.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead the dough until soft and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a covered oiled bowl and allow it to double in size.
  5. Shape the dough and place on Pizza tray.
  6. Add the toppings.
  7. Cook at 200°C until done.

This recipe uses instant dry yeast such as Fermipan. Some other types of dry yeast need to be activated in a little of the warm water for 10 minutes before use.
