Method

  1. Heat the water and butter until boiling freely.
  2. Quickly add the flour and strir until it leaves the saucepan in a smooth ball.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Allow to cool slightly and beat the eggs in slowly.
  5. Pipe onto a greased tray.
  6. Cook in an oven at 200°C until done,  about 25 minutes.
